Fresh news is also crucial to stay ahead of the game – a great example of this is our CW salon ‘speed-dating’, which gives new clients a series of consultations, so they can find their ‘one’ special stylist.
Our referral scheme – the friends card – is by far our most successful marketing tool. Our clients PR our business for us and then we thank them for their recommendation – it’s easy to communicate and very effective. We are also committed to developing strong relationships with our key partners and leveraging them to benefit both sides. This ensures we are aligning our communications strategies and tailoring our approach with any fresh news stories and promotions, thus allowing our clients to feel special.
As our business is located
in central London, we don’t advertise in local papers, but we do target them to ensure we are included in any specific beauty features or reviews. This tends to be the most beneficial way to generate clients, as they are speaking to people who work or live close by.
