LEGAL – Julian Sampson is a partner in law firm, Wright & Wright, and creator of hairlaw.co.uk. Julian started to work in the hair sector over ten years ago with salons such as Michaeljohn before becoming a preferred legal adviser to Toni&Guy franchisees. He now manages Wright & Wright’s hairlaw group, which is currently helping around 200 salons develop as enterprising businesses as well as ensuring they are legally protected. FINANCE – Jeremy Orriss started his life in the Royal Bank of Scotland and progressed through the ranks to a senior position in the International Banking Division. After joining a leading accountancy firm, he moved onto help a number of small businesses realise their dreams. His knowledge and love of hairdressing comes from an association with Jo Hansford over a seven-year period where he was involved in all aspects of that business from the day to day salon operations through to helping launch her product range!
