According to People Expert Julie Eldrett, 68 per cent of customers will leave any business because of the attitude of ONE person dealing with ONE customer on any ONE day. Make sure you've got the right attitude with this simple test.
How you see yourself has a direct effect on how you see others. How you treat others has a direct effect on how they treat you.
Attitude is the one thing in our industry (or for that matter any service sector business) that can make the difference between a happy or unhappy customer.
We don’t always get everything right for the customer but by having the right attitude we can usually win the customer back.
The fact the customer has a problem with the service is not always the problem.
The way the customer has been dealt with can become the problem! It’s not WHAT you say and do it is the WAY you say and do it that can make the problem better or worse.
It’s all up to you.
